Therapeutic Pattern and Progress of Neoadjuvant Treatment for Early Stage Triple-negative Breast Cancer

  • Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) is a heterogeneous subtype with aggressive characteristic, potentiality of early recurrence and metastasis, and poor survival. As a result, it's a challenge to improve the prognosis of TNBC and more clinical evidences are needed for the choice of therapeutic strategies. This systemic and comprehensive overview is focused on the actuality of conventional therapeutic pattern and adjuvant chemotherapy regimens, the exploration of therapeutic pattern featured by preoperative chemotherapy, and research progress of preferred neoadjuvant treatment regimens.
