Abstract
The inciderce and mortality of cervical cancer are on the second of female cancer, and early detection with treatment is an effective way to reduce its mortality. Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a group of non-protein coding regulatory RNAs with a length of longer than 200 nucleotides, and plays an important role in various processes of individual development and diseases progression through regulating gene expression in different mechanism. Many studies indicated that lncRNAs are involved in numerous biological processes including the etiology and progression of cancers. This paper provides an overview on the molecular processes affected by lncRNAs in cervical cancer.
