Abstract
High-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV) persistent infection leading to the occurrence of cervical cancer has been widely confirmed, and HPV integrated into the genome is the most important step for cells malignant change. The present studies show that integration of HPV is associated with the abnormal expression of small RNA(miRNA), so, the researches of miRNA associated with cervical cancer occurred in the process of HPV infection are important to make clear the pathogenesis of cervical cancer and find new therapeutic targets.
