Relevant Study on Prevention of Pancreatic Fistula after Pancreaticoduodenectomy

Pancreatic fistula is a common postoperative complication after pancreaticoduodenectomy and affects the patients′healthy. The prevention of the pancreatic fistula is essential to the pancreaticoduodenectomy, and the prevention measures should be taken throughout the whole perioperative period. The surgery is the key to affect the pancreatic fistula and also a hot area of research. This paper is a review on the research progress of pancreas` end reconstruction, surgical equipment and the team work of the pancreaticoduodenectomy.
