Abstract
Myc-induced nuclear antigen with a molecular mass of 53 kDa(Mina53), c-Myc downstream target gene, expresses abnormally in variety of tumor tissues, and has close relations with tumor clinical stages, lymph node metastasis and clinical prognosis. Mina53 is involved in tumorigenesis and development by regulating cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, etc. However, the related mechanism is still not very clear. Therefore, this paper will review the research progress of mechanism of Mina53 in tumorigenesis and development and explore its significance and value in cancer therapy.
