Abstract
Long noncoding RNAs (LncRNAs) are regulatory non-coding RNA molecules which are longer than 200 nucleotides. LncRNA has a wide range of functions under physiological and pathological conditions, and especially closely associated with the development of malignant tumor. LncRNA research has got signifi cant advances in recent years. In this review, we summarize the recent research advances of LncRNA in cancer.
