Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of CCL18 derived from tumor associated macrophages(TAM) on breast cancer migration, and to provide experimental basis to control the migration of breast cancer cells. Methods CCL18 binding to the membrane and causing the cytoskeleton change of breast cancer cells were detected by immunofluorescence. The migration assay was performed to detect CCL18 function in breast cancer migration. Results CCL18 binding to the membrane of breast cancer cells induced cytoskeleton gathering. Breast cancer cells migration was promoted by CCL18. Conclusion CCL18 binding to its receptor could promote breast cancer migration via causing cytoskeleton gathering.
