Moxibustion on Adverse Reactions of Tumor Chemotherapy: A Clinical Research Review

  • Electronic retrieval is carried out on literatures from last 20 years databases of CNKI.The selected literatures are summarized an classified from three aspects, features prescription selecting acupuncture point,different acupoints therapy application and the related comparative study to make a summary and a commentary on moxibustion resisting adverse reactions of tumor chemotherapy. The analysis propose that the point selection focuses on the whole regulation and strengthening the body, which Zusanli and Dazhui are most commonly used.As for moxibustion therapy, moxa moxibustion is the most popular,come next to moxa cone moxibustion and warm acupuncture. The mechanism of warming-dredging and warming-reinforcing is different from other therapies. The moxibustion strengthening physical effect advantages improve immune function and have good prospects for development in the application of resisting adverse reactions of tumor chemotherapy.
