Diagnosis and Treatment of Adrenal Schwannoma

Objective To investigate the clinical features，diagnosis and treatment,prognosis of adrenal schwannoma. MethodsThe case history,laboratory test results,the imaging examinations of four patients with pathological confirmed adrenal schwannoma were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital in order to evaluate the clinicopathological features and therapy. ResultsAll patients were treated by complete surgical resection．All cases were diagnosed adrenal schwannoma by histologic examination. After mean 18 months of follow-up, the patients have no recurrence or metastasis. ConclusionAdrenal schwannoma is rare benign tumor,which have good prognosis. Complete surgical resection is the treatment of choice for adrenal schwannoma.
