Influence on DC Stimulating LPAK Anti-tumor Activity by Feiliuping Extract and Its Decomposed Recipe

Objective To Discuss the different action of DC-LARK under different Traditional Chinese Medicine,and provide an initial experimental basis on clinical medication. Methods The inducing cultural system was established to induce and differentiate mature dendritic cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC),PBMC were separated from peripheral blood of healthy people.The cytokines were used jointly to induce and obtain the mature dendritic cells and lymphokine and phytohaemagglutinin activated killer (LPAK).The different influence of Feiliuping Extract and its decomposed recipe on DC stimulating LPAK anti-tumor acitivity was compared. Results The killing activity was significantly higher than comparison group when LPAK∶Tumor (L∶T) equaled 10∶1 or 5∶1(P<0.05). Feiliuping Extract group,YiQi group and Huoxue group had higher effects than JieDu group. Comparing within groups,i.e.comparing L∶T(10∶1) with L∶T(5∶1)，JieDu Group,blank DC group,T＋LPAK group,P<0.05.The other groups,P>0.05.Feiliuping Extract group,YiQi Group & HuoXue Group has similar effects on stimulating LPAK′s killing activity,while L∶T eaquals 10∶1 or 5∶1. Conclusion Feiliuping Extract,HuoXue herbs & YiQi herbs can strengthen the action of DC stimulating DC-LPAK of killing tumor cells to different extent,however,JieDu herbs has little inhibition action.
