Abstract
To investigate the influence and therapy of Annexin2(AnxA2) in multiple myeloma′s invasion. Methods After transfection U266 and RPMI8226 cells with the small interfering RNA(siRNA) that targets human AnxA2,the effect of interfering was tested with Real-time PCR and Western blot.Then detected the cell invasion with transwell plates and the influence to the invasive potential factors with real-time PCR. Results Silencing AnxA2 gene by siRNA resulted in the decreased invasive potential of U266 and RPMI8226 cell lines.It could also inhibit the expression of invasive potential factors including MMP-2,MMP-9,MT1-MMP and TIMP-2 in these two cell lines. Conclusion AnxA2 plays a critical role in the invasive potential of MM cell lines U266 and RPMI8226.
