Relative Factors of Pelvic Nodal Metastasis in Endometrial Carcinoma

  • Objective To evaluate the relative factors of the pelvic nodal metastasis in endometrial carcinoma. Methods Total 247 patients were collected from January 2009 to July 2010.According to with or without lymph node metastasis,we divided 247 patients into two groups. The relationship between lymph node metastasis and pathologic types, grades, depth of myometrial invasion and cervical invasion was analyzed. Results In groups with lymph node metastasis,28.57% was G1,33.33% was G3,66.67% had invasive more than 1/2 myometrium,47.62% was invaded vessel and cervical of the total respectively. In groups without lymph node metastasis,49.56% was G1,12.83% was G3,21.68% invaded more than 1/2 myometrium,Which invaded vessel and cervical was 7.08% and 7.96%,respectively. Conclusion Invasive more than 1/2 myometrium,G3,vessel and cervical invasion are high risk factors for pelvic nodal metastasis in endometrial cancer.
