Association between Brg1 Single Nucleotide Polymorphism and Laryngo Carcinoma

Objective To explore the relationship between the single nucleotide polymorphism of Brg1 gene rs12609589 and rs73013167 sites and laryngo carcinoma. Methods Ninety-four sporic laryngo carcinoma patients and 100 controls were collected and DNA was isolated from blood samples.The single nucleotide polymorphism of Brg1 was analyzed using PCR-RFLP. Results No remarkable difference of C and T allele frequencies between case and control groups was observed in rs12609589 (P＞0.05).In rs73013167，however，the G and C allele frequencies was remarkable difference between case and control groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion Brg1 rs73013167 was related to laryngo carcinoma although rs12609589 was not.
