Expression and Significance of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC）. Methods Expression of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in 52 samples of ESCC,corresponding paracarcinoma tissues and normal esophageal tissues was detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results Significant differences in the express of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 were found among ESCC,corresponding paracarcinoma tissues and normal esophageal tissues (P＜0.05). Conclusion Expression of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in ESCC was high.The combined detecting of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 may serve as a parameter for determining the biological behavior of ESCC.
