Effects of miR-199a-3p on Cell Migration and Invasion in Prostate Cancer Cells

ObjectiveTo investigate the different expression of miR-199a-3p in different prostate cancer cell lines and the effects of miR-199a-3p on cell migration and invasion in prostate cancer. MethodsThe expression of miR-199a-3p in 1E8 (high metastasis prostate cancer) and 2B4 (low metastasis prostate cancer) cell lines were identified by realtime PCR. The migration and invasion abilities were detected by Transwell experiment．Results（1）By comparing with 2B4 cells, of miR-199a-3p was decreased in 1E8 cells. （2）The invasiveness of 1E8 cells were decreased through miR-199a-3p upregulation. ConclusionmiR-199a-3p invasiveness of prostate cancer cells.
