Percutaneous Microwave Coagultion Therapy Influence on Hepatofibrosis of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma Serum

  • ObjectiveTo study the influence of the percutaneous microwave coagultion therapy (PMCT) on five hepatofibrosis indexes of middle and advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. MethodsForty-nine cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(massive type or nodular type) who had received curation of PMCT,hepatofibrosis index levels of serum HA、LN、PC Ⅲ、IV-C、TGF-β1 were observed before and after therapy. ResultsNo significance difference was observed in relation to HA、LN、PC Ⅲ、IV-C of patients before and after every duration of PMCT.But the TGF-β1 was continuously reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion The HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C were not significantly changed after PMCT, but the TGF-β1 was continuously reduced.
