Percutaneous Microwave Coagultion Therapy Influence on Hepatofibrosis of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma Serum

ObjectiveTo study the influence of the percutaneous microwave coagultion therapy (PMCT) on five hepatofibrosis indexes of middle and advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. MethodsForty-nine cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(massive type or nodular type) who had received curation of PMCT，hepatofibrosis index levels of serum HA、LN、PC Ⅲ、IV-C、TGF-β1 were observed before and after therapy. ResultsNo significance difference was observed in relation to HA、LN、PC Ⅲ、IV-C of patients before and after every duration of PMCT.But the TGF-β1 was continuously reduced(P＜0.05). Conclusion The HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C were not significantly changed after PMCT, but the TGF-β1 was continuously reduced.
