Detection of Uroepithelium Carcinoma of Bladder by Fluorescence in situ Hybridization

  • ObjectiveTo explore of clinical application of chromosome 3,7,17 and 9p21 combination probe to monitor urothelial carcinoma recurrence and to diagnose urothelial carcinoma. MethodsDetect the urin-cells from the urina sanguinis and the tissue sections of patient who trouble epithelioma of bladder by FISH. ResultsThe sensibility to monitor the recurrence of epithelioma of bladder is 87.50% and the masculine rate is 78.85% to diagnose epithelioma of bladder by FISH.The patient who was positive by FISH to be more easier to recurrent than who was negative after operation. ConclusionWe can monitor the recrudescence of carcinoma of bladder effectively and anticipate the recrudescence after operation by using the FISH which can detect chromosome 3,7,17 and 9p21 aberrations in urin-cells.Our finding indicates that FISH can be used in the tissue sections of bladder organization. Meanwhile,it can be used to assist the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma.
