  • Objective To examine the level of soluble Fas (sFas) and soluble Fas ligand (sFasL) in urine of patients with bladder cancer and to investigate their clinical value. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) was available to detect the level of sFas and sFasL in urine of 43 patients with bladder cancer and 12 cases of normal control.
