  • Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of histone deacetylase 6 in gastric cancer tissue and gastric benign lesion．Methods The expression of HDAC6 in 40 cases of surgically respected gastric cancer tissues and 36 cases gastric benign lesion were detected by ICH．Results The expression level of HDAC6 protein in the gastric carcinoma tissue was related to tumor clinical stage and cell differentiation，whereas was not related to age，gender soakage deepness，metastasis Conclusion The expression level of HDAC6 protein is presumed to be a indicator of malignancy degree and prognosis.
