Abstract
Objective:The VL domain truncate mutation could directly cause the activation of proto-Dbl and the malignant transformation. Methods:In order to clarify the activation mechanism of proto-Dbl, yeast two-hybrid system was used to screen the proteins interacted with the VL domain in the human fetal brain cDNA library taking VL domain as the bait. Results:7 positive clones which interact with proto-Dbl-VL domain were successfully harvested. Conclusion:This discovery lays the foundation for uncovering of the regulatory mechanism of proto-Dbl.
