  • Objective To study the clinical significance and effects of S-100 + DC infiltration and the expression of HLA-DR antigen in carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma. Methods S-100 + DC and HLA-DR antigen were detected in 43 specimens of gastric carcinoma,24 cases of precancerous lesions by immunohistochemical methods.
