  • Objective To investigate the expression and relation between p16 protein and VEGF in breast cancer. Methods Expressions of p16 protein and VEGF were tested in 53 breast cancer tissues with SABC immunohistochemical methods. Results Positive respectively rates of p16 protein and VEGF in 53 breast cancer were 54.7% (29/53) and 79.25% (42/53). Expressions of p16 protein and VEGF were not correlated with patient s age,tumor size,menopause,ER and PR ( P > 0.05 ). A significant negative correlation was ...
