Reversal Action of XianHuaYin on Premal ignant Lesion of Oral Mucosa

  • Objective To detect indicat rix high risk of canceration of OL P and the reversal action of pre2 cancerous lesion of OL P with XianHua Yin. Methods Micronucleus rate of oral mucosal exfoliated cells, α2HBDH content in saliva, and labelled rate of telomere enzyme in peripheral blood were detected in 36 OL P patient s of t reatmenting before and af ter with XianHuaYin, 32 normal people and 30 cancer pa2 tient s. Results Micronucleus rate of oral mucosal exfoliated cells, α2HBDH content in saliva, and labelled rate of telomere enzyme in peripheral blood in OL P patient s were higher than those of normal cont rol group . There were obviously no difference to compare cancer patient s. These indicat rixs of 36 OL P obvi2 ously declined af ter t reatment . Immune function of patient s obviously is improved. Conclusion Micronu2 cleus rate of oral mucosal exfoliated cells, α2HBDH content in saliva, immune functional status and la2 belled rate of telomere enzyme in peripheral blood may reflect their changes of OL P and may be of signifi2 cance on monitoring the high risk phase of OL P. XianHuaYin could reverse the lesion precancerous of OL P.
