  • Objective This study was designed to investigate the relationship between Podoplanin and VEGF-C in human colon carcinomas and discuss the significance of Podoplanin、VEGF-C in lymph mode metastasis. Methods The expression of Podoplanin and VEGF-C in forty-eight colon carcinoma tissues and ten adjacent noncancerous specimens was evaluated by immunohistochemical analysis.
