  • Objective To investigate the expressions of SDF-1, CXCR4,and their clinical significance in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods SDF-1,CXCR4 were detected in 40 NSCLC tissues and 10 control group lung tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results In NSCLC tissues, positive rate of SDF-1,CXCR4 was 65.00%(26/40), 45.00%(18/40) respectively. There was significant difference in positive rate of SDF-1 and CXCR4, as compared to normal lung tissue(P< 0.01,P< 0.05). Expressions of SDF-1 and CXCR4 were closely associ...
