Surgical treatment of giant solid mediastinal tumor

Objective To review the experience of surgical treatment of giant solid mediastinal tumor. Methods The clinical data of 18 cases with giant solid mediastinal tumors were restroperctively analysized. Results 5 cases had postoperative complications,but no one died,15cases were received from 1 to 9 years follow-up testing,of which one had tumor recurred and one widely metastasis.
