Study on nimodipine inverting multidrug resistance of glioma

Objective To detect sensitivity of anticancer drugs and calcium channnel blocker nimodipine on cultured glioma cells. Methods The fresh glioma tissue was primarily cultured. The cultured cells were incubated with either BCNU,VCR, PCB alone or combination with nimodipine. Micro culture tetrazolium assay was used to describe cell survival ratio.
