Objective To observe the effects of As 2 O 3 on malignant-ascites of nude mice and probe into its mechanism of action. Methods BALB/c-nu/nu nude mice were injected with MKN-45 gastric cancer cell line and were divided into 5 groups at random : normal saline, Epirubicin and various concentration groups of As 2 O 3 .
