  • Objective To botain hepatocarcinoma membrane antigen HAb18G from fresh surgical hepatoma specimen and identify its function. Methods HAb18G was obtained by affinity chromatograpic purification.The purity of HAb18G was test by high performonce capillary electrophoresis.Its function was identified by zymography. Results The purity rate of HAb18Gwaw 96% after aftinity chromatogtaphy;zymography showed that the quantities and kinds of MMPs stimulated by HAb18G were different from those secreted only by fibroblast...
