The Expression of p21 ^WAF1/CIP1 in the Primary Lung Cancer

Objective To explore the biological function of p21 WAF1/CIP1 in the lung cancer. Methods p21 WAF1/CIP1 expression was immunohistochemically analyzed in paraffin embeded sample from 76 patients with surgically resected and fiberoptic bronchoscopy biopsy lung diseases,including 62 lung cancer samples and 14 normal lung tissue samples.
