Preliminary Study on Lung Cancer Cell Apoptosis lnduced by Arsenic Trioxide ln vitro

Objective To study whether arsenic trioxide (As₂ O₃ )will induce apoptosis of lung cancer cells. Methods Apoptosis rate and morphologic changes of A549 cells induced by As 2O 3 were observed under the microscope?fluorescence microscope.
