Abstract
Objective To under stant mechanism of inbhbition of DNA MTase by 5 Aza cdR. Methods detected the mRNA expression of DNA MTase gene by RT PCR in the hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC 7721 and HepG 2 before and after treatment with 5 Aza cdR. Results In comparison with control group,mRNA expression are dramatically decreased at both of cell lines. Conclusion We concladed that 5 Aza cdR can inhibit the mRNA expression of DNA MTase.
