  • Objective To establish a novel method for detecting infection of Epstein-Barr Virus(EBV)and to observe relation between EBV and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method Real time fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR) and in situ hybridization(ISH) method were used to detect infection of EBV in 66 cases specimens of nasopharyngeal biopsy and embeded in paraffin,the results were compared with pathologic diagnosis.
