Expression of and P27kip1 and cyclin E in human endometrial carcinoma significance

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of P27kip1 and cyclin E and carcinogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expression of P27kip1and cyclin E in the specimens of 40 cases with endometrial carcinoma, 10 cases with atypical hyperplasia and 20 cases with normal endometrium were determined by immunohistochemistry .
