Study on expression of telomerase gene and auti-apoptosis gene in human lung cancer

Objective To investigate the relationship between the telomerase gene and anti-apoptosis gene bcl-2 in lung cancer . Methods Expression of the telomerase gene,Bcl-2 gene were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical techniques respectively. And telomerase activity was examined by TRAP.
