Expression and Significance of MMP-2 and integrin β_1 in Human Gliomas

Objective To explore the expression of MMP-2 and integrin β_1 in human gliomas as well as the correlation of them. Methods The MMP-2 and the integrin β_1 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The rates of MMP-2 and integrin β_1 expression in human gliomas were 43.5% and 56.5% respectively.
