Abstract
Objective To investigate the immune function of dendritic cells derived from chronic myeloid leukemia(CML-DC). Methods The mononuclear cells were separated from the peripheral blood of CML patients and cultured with GM-CSF and IL-4 to induce DC. The phenotype of CML-DC and the anti-tumor effects of cytotoxic T cells induced by CML-DC were investigated. The level of IL-12 and IFN-γ in supernate were measured by ELISA.
