The Expression of p15, bcl-2 and PCNA in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and the Correlation to Radiosnsitivity

Objective To evaluate the relationship between p15, bcl-2 and PCNA expression and radiosensitivity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods p15, bcl-2 and PCNA were detected by the S-P immunohistochemical method in 56 NPC cases. All patients were divided into two groups according to the response after radiotherapy: the group without residual (29 cases) and the group with residual (27 cases).
