  • Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of permanent 125I prostate brachytherapy in patients with prostate cancer. Methods A total of 10 patients with clinical stage C prostate cancer underwent 3-dimensional conformal brachytherapy with transperineal ultrasound-guide 125iodine seeds prostate implantation, combined with castration.
