Clinical Study on Topotecan Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Small-Cell Lung Cancer(SCLC)

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safty of combined topotecan(TPT) with cisplatin(DDP) in the treatment of small-cell lung cancer(SCLC). Methods 19 patients with SCLC diagnosed by pathology or cytology were enrolled into the study. The patients were treated with TPT 1.0mg/(m2·d) intravenously(IV) during 30 minutes on d 1～5 and DDP (30mg/m2 IV on d 1～3) of 3-week regiment. The efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles of treatment.
