Relationship between CYP2C9 and GST M1 Genetic Polymorphism and Lung Cancer Susceptibility

  • Objective To evaluate the relationship between CYP2C9, GST M1 genetic polymorlism and susceptibility of lung cancer. Methods The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphlism (PCR-RFLP) was used to detect CYP2C9 genotype in 56 lung cancer cases and 42 controls. The PCR was also used to detect GST M1 genotype in the two groups.
