Abstract

Objective To study the Survivin and VEGF expression and its clinical significance in NSCLC. Methods The expression of Survivin and VEGF was detected in 72 NSCLC and 20 benign pulmonary tissues by the immohistochemical staining. Results Survivin、VEGF expression in NSCLC was 61.1% (44/72)、 79.2% (57/72)significantly higher than benign pulmonary tissures 10.0% (2/20)、 15.0% (3/20) (P< 0.05 ).The expression of Survivin gene significantly correlated with grade of cell differentiation,TNM stages and the five-yea...
