Expression and Significance of Midkine(MK)in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Correlation with Microvessel Density

Objective To study the expression of midkine in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the relation to angiogenesis. Methods A Immunohistochemical SP technique was used to detect the expression of MK in 45 cases who suffer from esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, Microvessel density(MVD)was also determined in endothelial as CD34.
