Expression of β-catenin in Human Colorectal Carcinoma and Its Relationship to Expression of COX-2 with VEGF

Objective To investigate the replationship between the abnormal expression of β-catenin and the high expression of COX-2 and VEGF and its significance. Methods The expression of β-catenin and COX-2 and VEGF were detected in 78 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 15 cases of normal colorectal mucous tissues around the foci by immunohistochemical method.
