Effect of Different Type of p16 Gene Expression on The Telomerase Activity in Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective To study the effect of MTS1/p16 gene deletion and 5 CpG island methylation on the expression of telomerase activity in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The p16 gene deletion and 5'CpG island methylation were determined by PCR technique, The telomerase catalytic protein subunit mRNA was assessed by in situ hibridization method.
