Procedure and evaluation of cervical esophagogastrostomy with stomach as an esophageal substitute from left thoractomy

Objective To approach the procedure and effect of cervical esophagogastrostomy with stomach as an esophageal substitute. Methods Cervical esophagogastrostomies with stomach as an esophageal substitute were performed in 359 patients with carcinoma of esophagus.The effect was analysized.
