  • Objective To investigate the morphological differentiation of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma in BALB/C nude mice induced by As_2O_3 and the roles of p53, bc1-2 and bax in this process. Methods After establishment of CSNE-1 xenograft model in nude mice, As_2O_3 was given at a dose of 5mg/kg intraperitoneally. The tumor growth of xenograft was observed after drug administration.
