  • Objective The effect of liposomal phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL) on inhibiting the growth of mouse leukemia L_ 1210 cells and human leukemia K_ 562 cells was studied in vitro. Methods The liposome of PAL was prepared by a modified reverse-phase evaporation method. The inhibitory effects of liposomal PAL and free-PAL on leukemia cells were investigated by MTT colorimetric assay separately.
