The relationship within the expression of p21~(WAF1/CIP1) 、Cyclin D_1、p53 in gastric carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship within the expression of p21 WAF1/CIP1 、Cyclin D_1 and p53. Methods Hybridyzation in situ and immunohistochemical techniques were used. Results The positive rate of p21 WAF1/CIP1 mRNA in gastric carcinoma and normal mucosa was 93.15% and 76.71% respectively and was signficantly different ( P < 0.05 ).
