The induced apoptosis and the p16 Gene s expression in treating rat C6 glioma with X-knife

Objective To investigate the apoptosis of C6 glioma cell and the p16 gene s protein expression after X-knife radiation. Methods By establishing a rat C6 glioma model,after X-knife, TUNEL and immunohistochemistry technique (SABC methods) was employed to inspect the apoptotic cells and the p16 gene s protein expression respectively.
